The Team

Bruce CaseTeam Pic_Bruce

President and CEO, Case Design/Remodeling

Bruce runs our parent company, Case Design.  His dad, Fred, founded the company in 1961, so Bruce has been around remodeling his entire life.  Add his MBA to that remodeling experience, and you have one heck of a resume.  Bruce enjoys cycling, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, daughter, dog, and cat.

TJ MonahanTeam Pic_TJ

General Manager

TJ has 10 years of architectural and remodeling experience, and holds 2 degrees in Architecture. He comes up with crazy Ibby-related ideas, and handles the day-to-day management.  He spends most of his free time at the park with his wife, daughter, and dog, Jeter (please don’t hold being a Yankees fan against him).

Jan ShautTeam Pic_Jan

SVP at Case, HR

Jan is the head of HR and has over 40 (yes, four-zero) years of experience helping the folks lucky enough to work with her.  In her free time, Jan likes going to the beach and spending as much time as possible with her grandson.

Bill MillhollandTeam Pic_Bill

Executive Vice President at Case

Bill has a degree in architecture and over 25 years of remodeling experience. If you don’t see him reading an Apple related blog, you’ll probably find him on bike…or in Nantucket…or on a bike in Nantucket.

Karen EckertTeam Pic_Karen

Senior Director of Technology

Karen is responsible for making sure the site is up and running, and that we have computers to work on, and our servers are working, and well, the list is pretty long.  So thanks to Karen, you are reading this bio right now.  Thanks, Karen!  When she’s not managing IT, she spends her time scuba diving, and has been under the sea on 4 continents.

Michael Fennie

Michael has 11 years of construction experience. In addition to loving to install tile and trim, he enjoys fishing, baseball, and biking with his dogs.

Bill Shaw

Bill has 13 years of construction experience, and is a Certified Lead Carpenter. He enjoys traveling in his RV and walking his dog, Bosco. BOSCO!!!!!

Mike Whealon

Mike has 38 years of construction experience, so he’s pretty much seen everything there is to see when it comes to remodeling. When he’s not being a world class craftsman, he enjoys fishing and Wisconsin.
